Limits

Limits We State Upfront

Knowing what a signal can and cannot tell you is part of reviewing it well.

  • Glynac reads Form ADV Part 2A only. It does not read Part 1, Part 2B or Form CRS.
  • Marketing review covers connected Microsoft 365 email and attachments. Other channels are not covered.
  • Email subject and body text are privacy-masked before review. Text extracted from attachments is not masked yet.
  • 13F data is quarterly and never live. Findings are stated “as of” a named quarter.
  • Client monitoring begins the first time someone asks about that client.
  • Clone-risk checks are not available for books under about $100M.

It depends on the workflow. Vendor Due Diligence needs none. 13F, ADV and client-relationship checks need Black Diamond. Marketing Compliance needs Microsoft 365.
