About Glynac
Glynac is the compliance intelligence layer for RIAs and wealth firms. It watches your book, filings, outbound marketing, vendors and client relationships, and raises a report when something crosses a line your firm set. A person always decides.
Registered investment advisers and wealth firms with a compliance function, or a clear need for one. The CCO who owns disclosure risk, and the advisor who owns the relationship.
Both. Scoring and severity maths, such as crowding and clone risk, is straightforward calculation. Reading documents and judging drift or marketing risk in context uses AI, and a person always reviews the result.
No. It sits above them and reads from them. Your systems stay the source of truth.

What it checks
Five live workflows covering seven detections: crowded positions, clone risk and strategy drift; AUM gaps against your Form ADV Part 2A brochure; outbound Microsoft 365 email against the SEC Marketing Rule; vendor breaches, outages and regulatory action; and client relationships that are going quiet.
Marketing and vendor checks run daily. ADV checks and 13F crowded-position and clone-risk checks run weekly. Strategy drift runs monthly. Client relationship checks run on a rhythm your firm sets.
By design, yes. 13F filings reach the SEC up to about 45 days after quarter-end. What is live is your own book, re-checked every week against the latest available quarter. Every finding names the quarter it used.
Form ADV Part 1, Part 2B and Form CRS are not read. Marketing review covers Microsoft 365 email and attachments only. Client monitoring starts after someone asks about a client. Clone risk is not available for books under about $100M.

Decisions and trust
No. Glynac surfaces, explains and prioritizes. It never asserts a definitive violation and never gives legal advice. A person always makes the final call.
You can see how it is calculated. Crowded positions and clone risk are calculated arithmetic. Reading a brochure or judging marketing risk involves AI, with a person always reviewing. Nothing is a black box.
No. Every report carries a severity of low, medium, high or critical, and the more urgent it is, the more visibly it is raised, in the alerts feed and the moment you open chat with Ava.
ADV gap and clone-risk thresholds are firm settings, changed by your firm admin. Client-engagement thresholds can be changed by anyone, by asking Clara in chat, and take effect firm-wide immediately.

Data and privacy
Mostly, with one gap we state upfront. Email subject and body text are masked before any analysis. Text extracted from attachments, such as a performance deck, is not masked yet.
Real, citable sources, never a lone rumor or a social post. Every finding links to its source.

Getting started
It depends on the workflow. Vendor Due Diligence needs neither. 13F and ADV checks need Black Diamond for the live-book side. Marketing Compliance needs Microsoft 365. We confirm what fits on the first call.
Crowded-position, strategy-drift, ADV, marketing, vendor and client checks still apply. Clone-risk checks need a book of about $100M or more.
