These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Glynac, Inc. for access to and use of glynac.ai and related services, applications and platforms. We may modify these Terms; changes take effect when posted. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms, and you are responsible for reviewing them.
Glynac provides an AI-powered data integration and analytics platform designed for wealth management firms. Services can integrate CRM systems, portfolio platforms and communication tools to derive insights and streamline operations. Services are for business use by financial advisory firms, wealth management companies, registered investment advisers and authorized representatives, not personal, family or household use. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any service feature, database or content without prior notice or liability.
Where registration is required, provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or another security breach. Glynac is not liable for loss arising from failure to protect credentials.
You represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If acting for an entity, you have authority to bind it.
Use the Services lawfully and under these Terms. You agree not to violate applicable law; gain unauthorized access or disrupt the Services or connected systems; send spam; transmit malicious code; impersonate another person or entity; use automated devices to access the Services; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part; or use the Services to compete with Glynac’s business.
By using the Services or submitting contact information, you consent to electronic responses to inquiries, service announcements and updates, and marketing materials if you opted in. You may withdraw marketing consent through an email unsubscribe link, the Email Preferences page or by contacting Glynac. Our communications include a physical mailing address and follow applicable requirements.
The Services and their contents, features and functionality are owned by Glynac, its licensors or providers and protected by intellectual-property laws.
While you comply with these Terms, Glynac grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant Glynac a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store and display that content only as needed to provide the Services. Feedback rights are assigned to Glynac for use without obligation.
The Services use AI and machine learning to generate insights and recommendations. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions, compliance determinations or other business decisions. You are responsible for verifying its accuracy and appropriateness. Glynac does not provide investment, legal, tax or compliance advice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLYNAC DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Glynac does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, corrected or free of harmful components. Downloads or other materials are obtained at your discretion and risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLYNAC AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE, INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES.
GLYNAC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO GLYNAC IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Glynac and its personnel, contractors, agents, licensors and suppliers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, use of the Services, your content, violation of third-party rights or claims that your content caused damage. This obligation survives termination.
We may immediately suspend or terminate access, without prior notice or liability, including if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; Glynac may delete your account and associated data. Provisions that should survive by nature remain in effect. You may terminate your account by contacting support@glynac.ai.
Illinois law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Disputes relating to these Terms or Services will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Chicago, Illinois. The decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in a court with jurisdiction.
Disputes will be resolved individually, not as a class, consolidated or representative action; you waive participation in class litigation or arbitration.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a competent court to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about use of the Services and replace prior agreements on that subject. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. A waiver is not a continuing waiver. You may not assign these Terms or your rights without written consent; Glynac may assign them without restriction. Glynac is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including disasters, war, government actions, fire, floods, epidemics or telecommunications or power failures.
